A new five piece rock/blues band playing original songs with lead singer Paul Bridgewater who last appeared at Summer Sessions with Slowburner. With both lead and slide guitars, the band takes its influences from a wide range of artists but still has its own fresh and original sound.

Deep in the Welsh Marches amidst the most beautiful scenery you will find one of the most extraordinary bands in Britain. Little Rumba’s musicians come from very different musical backgrounds which is why the band presents such a unique blend of styles.

The Baddoos
We welcome back this accomplished 5 piece band of multi-instrumentalists, who perform a huge range of music from classic James Brown to arrangements of the latest electronic tunes. These folks will be on at the end of the night playing upbeat music featuring the incredible vocals of Bonnie Baddoo!

Another opportunity to hear a full-blown performance of blues and classic rock from this five piece band rather than the more subdued version played at monthly Alma Music Nights.

Ian Drury Allstars
Ian Drury is an accomplished musician with an eclectic taste in music and a lifetime of experience as a classical and rock musician. Best known at the Alma for his performance of the music of James Taylor and Seasick Steve he’s been known to break into Hendrix, Rap and Dance music when the mood takes him. As for the “Allstars”, who knows who they’ll be at this year’s Summer Sessions? There’ll be some familiar faces, some new to Linton, even some making their performing debut. One thing we can guarantee is a few surprises!

Little Boy Lost
Little Boy Lost are back, bringing contemporary folk/pop to this years Summer Sessions. This original trio from London comprises of: Cochise Derrick - Songwriter, guitar and backing vocals. Alex Palmer - Vocals. Spencer Lovell - Songwriter, guitar and backing vocals.
